Gene Long opened Motts Channel Seafood in May 1990 and has been operating for the past 31 years on Wrightsville Beach. Gene, a local fishing legend, is credited with getting it right from the beginning. Motts Channel Seafood is a true family business with Gene at the helm, his wife Alison and their two children Elizabeth & Lambert working hard to make sure their stellar reputation stays that way.
